The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to Aksaray Station, allowing easy access to public transportation. the staff at the hotel were polite and friendly, providing good customer service. The breakfast offered at the hotel was plentiful and tasty, with a variety of options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was a concern, as they were not well maintained, according to some reviews.
